Comprehensive Service Contract (CSC)
This contract includes 2 x Service Visits per annum to an
agreed schedule of Equipment.
All equipment is serviced, inspected and the condition recorded, to
ensure that all appliances are working to the Manufacturer's
recommended setting.
This contract will also include the labour and all spare parts that may
be required to be fitted during the period of the contract.
We can provide your necessary Gas Safety Certification.

Maintenance Services
We can service and repair all commercial catering equipment, and
also provide preventative maintenance, breakdown service and installation
for all types of commercial catering equipment and refrigeration. All
our engineers have been specially trained by Manufacturers to ensure a
high level of competence.

Preventative maintenance is very big and important to the running of a busy Commercial Kitchen. Should an important part of your Catering Equipment break down the Kitchen will not be able to operate to its full capacity, causing inconvenience and possible customer dissatisfaction and also loss of earnings.
Regular preventative maintenance will reduce the risk of untimely breakdowns and ensure that your Catering Equipment is operating safely, correctly, efficiently and conforms to all the current regulations (Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installations and Use) Regulations 1998 Etc.)

Schedule A
This contract includes 1 x Service Visits per annum to an agreed
schedule of Equipment.
All equipment is serviced, inspected and the condition recorded, to
ensure that all appliances are working to the Manufacturer's
recommended setting (Electrical appliances are electrically safe & Gas appliances
are sound and operating pressures are set correctly).
Minor spare parts would be fitted at this time - any additional parts
required would be subject to a separate written quotation.
Schedule B
This contract includes 1 or 2 x Service Visits per annum to an agreed
schedule of Equipment.
All equipment is serviced, inspected and the condition recorded, to
ensure that all appliances are working to the Manufacturer's
recommended setting.
This contract will also include the labour involved in all Call out and
breakdown repairs.
Any additional parts required would be subject to a separate quotation.
